Cinthia is the founder and creative director of NOON with a focus on problem-solving and communication through design thinking, visual narratives and experiences.
As a designer, Cinthia is recognized as one of the most influential designers in San Francisco; she has exhibited at the Museum of Craft + Design, American Center for Design, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Pasadena Museum of California Art and Design, and more. As an educator, she is the former Chair of Graphic Design at California College of the Arts where she redesigned and implemented a new curriculum during her tenure.
Cinthia is experienced and accomplished in working with a broad range of industries and projects scopes. Work under her leadership includes strategy, consulting, branding, campaigns, and comprehensive visual communication programs for corporations, non-profits, start-ups, and independents.
Cinthia graduated from the California of Arts and Crafts with a degree in Graphic Design. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. In addition, and in her spare time, she has taken up ceramics, sewing, drumming, french, and coding as hobbies.
